直接在 index.php 第一行后插入：

if(stripos($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'],'/index.php')===0){header('Location:'.strrchr($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'],'/'),true,301);}

（仅适用于论坛建立于根目录的情况，二级目录有解决方案但我懒得搞）

提示：preg_match('/^\/index\.php(.*)\.htm/', $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'])
