Due to the recent rise in costs from our upstream providers and increased power energy fees for our data centers, we are forced to adjust the pricing of our Hong Kong VPS products accordingly. This price adjustment is necessary for us to maintain the high-quality services and support you have come to expect from us.

Please note that this pricing increase will only affect the following products:

- Starting from April 25, 2023, all VPS products in the Hong Kong data center will be subject to the new pricing, and the adjusted prices will take effect immediately for all new orders.

However, we value your loyalty and would like to reassure you that this price increase will not affect our existing customers. Existing customers will not be affected by this price adjustment, and current customers can continue to use and renew at the prices of their purchased orders.

If there is a further increase in the cost of upstream suppliers or data center power energy fees in the future, our company does not rule out the possibility of further adjusting prices.

为了更好地服务客户和适应市场环境的变化，经董事会研究决定， V.PS 将于 2023 年 4 月 25 日起对香港数据中心的所有 VPS 产品进行价格调整，本次价格调整具体安排如下：

1、自 2023 年 4 月 25 日起，香港数据中心的所有 VPS 产品适用新的价格，调整后价格将立即对所有新订单生效。

2、已购客户不受本次价格调整影响，现有存量客户可按已购订单价格继续使用与续费。

3、如后续上游供应商成本或数据中心电力能源费用的进一步增加，我司不排除继续调整价格的可能。
