我看完了他们的TOS,也没找到条款,说24小时发RFO也压根没法,让他们解释也不解释,真是服了。
I didn’t find any information about using fake details. And in fact I
can easily change my information at any time in your background control
system.
I think you just want to close my service because I open some tickets.
But don’t forget every time this happened because of your bad server not
me.
I don’t think closing your normal user’s service just becasue a name( even it can be modified at any time) is reasonable.
Please give me a feedback and I’d like to continue using your service
because I’m lazy and don’t want to change to another hosting provider
and install things again.
We do not appreciate our terms of service being broken and our
decision is final. We also do not appreciate you editing your name to
another fake one.
I’m sorry you had issues with your server but this has nothing to do
with you opening tickets. Regardless of whether you even change your
details to real ones now, we will not be providing you any service going
forward. Please also understand that opening new accounts or servers
will be in violation of our terms of service and we will terminate these
accounts, without notice or refund.

我再用你们的垃圾服务我是孙子。

没错,这家是垃圾,我的也被停用了,买了一年,20天就停了,然后完全不理不睬装不知道
这家别的服务我不知道,起码存储型VPS不能买。
我买了一年的750G那个存储型VPS,然后就装了一个SeaFile网盘程序,并且只有我一个人用,每天最多用几分钟而已,天天都宕机,反正每天早上看就是宕机的,需要我上网站后台去重启一下,然后不知道什么时候又宕机了,因为我用的少也没注意,反正第二天早上用的时候一看又是宕机状态,没有1天例外。
这样也就算了,我也没说什么,反正用的少,用之前去重启一下,又不是不能用。然而噩梦开始了,我是2月12日买的一年服务,3月3日突然发邮件给我说停止服务了,说我CPU占用100%,让我去联系他们恢复服务,于是我就去发了Ticket沟通,对方第二天才回复,问我用的什么网盘程序,我回答SeaFile,然后好嘛,再也没有消息了,服务就这么一直停着,我再发Ticket过去问,也不回复,也不告诉我任何原因或者处理方式,完全当没事发生一样。
一周过去了,还是毫无音讯,服务也是一直停止着,无奈,我只能去PayPal发起争议,好家伙,他家Paypal商户公告公然写着:一旦发起PayPal争议,无论结果如何,将无理由停止服务。我玩这么多年了从来没和别家发起过争议,不知道这种行为是不是惯例,但这太猖狂了吧?
PayPal争议发起之后,过了两天,终于不再装死,来回复我一周多前发的Ticket了,就一句话:因为你发起了争议,我们将不再提供帮助。然后就关闭了这个Ticket,这个处理方式还真是有诚信啊,说了发争议就停止服务,真就说到做到,我也真是佩服。说得好像我如果不发争议,你就提供帮助了一样。
目前PayPal争议还在走流程,结果不知道如何,但即便是最坏结果,我也就是损失35刀,认清一个垃圾服务商。在此我把此次经历写出来,希望准备买的各位能心里有个数,或许我是特例,但我相信不止我一个遇到。
最后沿用上面兄弟的话:我再用你们的垃圾服务我是孙子。
