This is to let you know that we have reached the last phase of our network maintenance, which is IPv6 addressing.
In order to continue our maintenance for IPv6, the existing IPv6 addresses on your server needs to be changed.
Within the next few hours, IPv6 addresses will be unassigned from your server and you may add 3 new IPv6 addresses via the server manage page on your CloudCone account where you can configure your apps to the new IPv6 addresses.
We understand that this process could disrupt your services using IPv6
Due to the inconvenience this has caused, you are entitled to claim SLA credits. We will be sending an official email out soon with a detailed incident analysis report and how you can claim SLA credits for this.
