I don& 39;t know if I am the only one with this problem but I have opened a support ticket with a trivial request mounting an ISO on hostslick support on Aug 9th. I bumped it on the 14th and at some point it seems the ticket just got closed with absolutely no reply from the team. Anyone else with the same issues?
